Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK.
European shipping
Shipping may be available to some European destinations, at a cost of £10. Please note, you will also be charged import and handling fees by the courier prior to delivery, which varies by country (typically 25% of the items value). Please email us if you would like to arrange European shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days, using Royal mail Tracked 48.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is £3.65 for Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
What if I haven’t received my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of ordering, please email us.
Returns & refunds:
What’s your return policy?
We’re a new brand, so don’t offer free returns just yet - but it’s still super easy if you need to send something back. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please note international returns are not accepted.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

How do I choose the right size?

What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes, it depends on how you like it to feel. Our styles are sized to give you a sleek, aero fit. So size up if you prefer a more relaxed fit. Feel free to contact us for personalised advice!
Material & care:
How should I wash my madbees kit?
Please wash at max 30°C, inside-out, and air drying. Do not tumble dry and avoid fabric softener to preserve performance fabrics.
What are your products made from?
All our kits are made from high-performance, sweat-wicking fabrics that are breathable, compressive, and built to last. Details can be found on each product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us via the contact from as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
