Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK. We’re working on international shipping — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day. UK delivery typically takes 2 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is £3.45 for Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & refunds:
What’s your return policy?
We’re a new brand, so don’t offer free returns just yet - but it’s still super easy if you need to send something back. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
How do I start a return?
Just follow the instructions included in your original package. Contact us if you need a hand.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

How do I choose the right size?

What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes, it depends on how you like it to feel. Our styles are sized to give you a sleek, aero fit. So size up if you prefer a more relaxed fit. Feel free to contact us for personalised advice!
Material & care:
How should I wash my madbees kit?
Please wash at max 30°C, inside-out, and air drying. Do not tumble dry and avoid fabric softener to preserve performance fabrics.
What are your products made from?
All our kits are made from high-performance, sweat-wicking fabrics that are breathable, compressive, and built to last. Details can be found on each product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us via the contact from as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
